Creating a memorial with Digistones is simple. After you fill out the online form with your loved one's details, including their story and photos, we’ll take care of the design for you. Once completed, you'll receive a beautifully crafted QR code plaque to place on their gravestone. This makes it easy for others to access and share the memorial, preserving memories for years to come.

Can others contribute to the memorial?

Yes! When someone scans the QR code, they can view the profile and upload their own memories and photos without needing to log in. It’s a seamless way to collect and share stories from family and friends.

If you do not wish to have others able to contribute you can opt to have the profile locked after completion.

How long does it take to set up?

Once we have all the necessary information from you, we’ll create your loved one’s memorial profile within 2 business days. If the memorial is needed urgently for a service, we’ll prioritise it for immediate creation. The QR code plaque will be sent to you and typically arrives within 3 weeks, delivered right to your doorstep.
